As far as Camila Cabello is concerned, swimsuit season happens all year round. Even in December, the star is hitting the beach in her cutest swimsuit, and she made sure to drop a pic of herself posing in a swimsuit, flashing her toned abs, on her Instagram story.

In the pic, the 26-year-old singer playfully poses with her arms up in the crystal-clear ocean, flexing her strong core. She wore dark sunglasses and a teeny peach string swimsuit that perfectly shows off her defined abs. (Um, okay Camila—drop the core routine already!)

If you’re wondering how Camila trains to strengthen her core, the first thing to know is that she gets her sweat on with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis. Most of her workouts are circuits that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance, and they often require minimal equipment. Think: Squat hops, high plank shoulder taps, bird dogs, glute bridges, and many other sweat-inducing exercises, per Shape.

And, of course, the “Bam Bam” singer loves to add some fun elements into her workouts, Willis told Shape. “We end up getting in an added ab workout because of how much we end up laughing,” she said. “Somehow she manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move.”

And even when she’s not working out with Willis, Camila stays pretty active. For example, in 2022, she conquered the Tough Mudder race with her friends.

She posted the journey on her Instagram, and her crew made it look like so much fun:

Camila will also go on 20-minute walks outside or on the treadmill at a 5 percent incline, she told Women’s Health in 2022. “Walking on a little bit of an incline feels good because you sweat, but you’re not gasping for air,” she said. “It feels really doable.”

While she seems to have her workout routine down, Camila needed a little extra motivation when it came to adding healthier options into her diet. In fact, she says her ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes helped with her eating habits.

“I was not healthy at all before,” Camila told BBC Radio, per Hola. “I never ate vegetables before. Just like easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with Caesar.”

Additionally, she makes sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, meditate for at least ten minutes a day, and take her vitamins, she told WH.
