Emily Ratajkowski rang in 2024 with her toned legs on full display. The 32-year-old model shared a series of pics and a video on Instagram highlighting all of her New Year’s celebrations. In the first snap, Emily rocked a cheetah print slip mini dress, lifting the hem to show off her strong leg muscles.

It’s clear that she’s all-over strong as her post included a video in which she sported a gorgeous white gown with an exposed back, highlighting her toned back muscles. “and the 2023 season is complete,” she captioned the post.

So, how does the Gone Girl actress stay so fit? For one thing, Emily prefers to workout in group fitness settings. β€œI’m one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there’s a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself,” she previously told InStyle. β€œThe class environment works really, really well for me.”

She’s also a spokesperson for Strong by Zumba. β€œYou just feel like you’re, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself,” she shared with the publication. β€œYou end up working harder.” She also likes that the workout is intense, but she doesn’t even notice it.

Food-wise, Emily’s diet is full of protein, which she says helps her feel the best. β€œI’m a carnivore,” she previously told Elle. β€œI crave iron, so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating [just] a salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy.”

Emily also loves nachos, and munched on them with Hailey Bieber last year during an appearance on her YouTube show Who’s In My Bathroom? (along with a dirty martini!).
